My recent post is an open thread in which various power players and representatives can come to Gerard's haven at different times in order to hammer out agreements as well as the traditional information-brokering of the Nos. So far only Jack has made an appointment in game, but that doesn't mean others can not have, feel free. Just a note, only those with permission and given specific directions can reach the spot.

The entrance is secret: Cat's Eye Lounge, Men's room, Third stall: Out of order, there's a secret passage behind the wall that will lead a guest to a prepared chamber.
